Shipping Policy

If products are available they are shipped within 5 business days (excluding weekends, holidays and for special orders) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped or any foreseeing delays.

Refunds and Returns Policies
We do not accept refunds or returns but will replace product(s) if damaged after delivery.  In the event that your order arrives damaged, please email us as soon as possible at info@sirrahnaturals.com with a photo of the item(s) condition.  We will address these issues on a case-by-case basis and will try our best to work towards a quick and satisfactory solution.  If you have any further questions, please don't hesitate to contact us.
